We should be able to quickly resolve any issues you might experience through the HELP tab in our navigation bar at the top of the page.  There you will see a number of options, including these –

  • If you’ve purchased a program and you need to download it {again} then see the Reset Download function.  There you enter your PayPal email address and we’ll send a new download like to you.
  • If you have questions about how to use our programs, most of your questions should be answered in our short Relaxation Guide.
  • If you need more information about specific programs you can try the Audio Programs tab in our site navigation, or visit the Program Instructions and Descriptions page.
  • Trying to find a page?  Try our site search, or our site map.
  • And if none of this help, of course, see our Help Desk!

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:  The place to get help is through our help desk and NOT through comments on this site.  We allow comments because we encourage people to share their experiences with our programs.  Comments are NOT the place to get support issues resolved, however.  So if you want an answer from us the PLEASE us the help desk!  Thank you.
