This is just a small sample of the Reflections we’ll be offering each month as a part of our Meditation membership site.

Reflections are short topical studies to help you focus on a particular issue and reflect on it during meditation.

We suggest that you read the Reflection (each is only one short page), then read the questions before you begin your meditation.

After you have taken the time within your meditation to relax and clear your mind, then begin to ponder each of the questions presented in the Reflection.

You will find, with a quieted mind, that ideas may come immediately by focusing on a question or later as your mind has had the opportunity to deeply reflect on the issue.

Be patient!  You will find that remarkable solutions to longstanding problems can come to you when you least expect them.
